Lynn Perry Parker - LPP Law
After practicing law for almost 25 years in national and mid-sized local law firms, in August 2012, Lynn Perry Parker launched LPP Law in Rockville Town Center. Lynn assists for-profits, non-profits, medical practices and agencies such as NIH/NIAID comply with legal obligations and to resolve those that do arise, in a cost-effective manner. Small employers engage Lynn to serve as general counsel and as a human resources partner. Lynn also helps businesses with their corporate governance, creation of legal documents and employee manual, and litigation needs, including business breakups.
Lynn was certificated as a mediator 20 years ago through the Rockville Human Rights Commission on which she served seven years, two years as its Chair. Lynn is a volunteer mediator for the Montgomery County Office of Human Rights. Lynn leverages her legal knowledge and her clients? and community?s interests by advocating for business and public education before the Montgomery County Council, Board of Education, and Maryland State Legislature. Lynn has served on numerous non-profit boards and is currently a trustee for a local private school.
Lynn's clients and peers are responsible for her recognition as a Maryland and Washington DC Super Lawyer in 2013-2018, as well as other respected, unsolicited, attorney recognitions.
Samreen Sadiq - Taksey, Neff and Associates
Samreen Sadiq is a CPA who specializes in accounting for businesses as well as corporate and individual tax return preparation and planning. Her area of expertise is small to midsize businesses and she enjoys helping clients reach their business goals by servicing their tax and accounting needs. MS Sadiq is also involved in the preparation of compiled financial statements, monitoring client?s accounting systems and IRS representation matters. She also prepares reviewed and audited financial statements and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Rockville Chamber of Commerce. A love for tax coupled with a strong background in accounting are two of the main reasons Ms. Sadiq thrives in the public accounting field but what truly differentiates her is her belief in growing relationships and striving to create genuine connections with clients, coworkers and other professionals.
Cliff Viers - C. Clifton Viers Insurance Agency
Cliff Veirs is the third generation at C. Clifton Veirs Insurance Agency, a firm founded in Rockville by his grandfather in 1955. For 9 years, he has specialized in commercial property & casualty insurance, working with small to midsized businesses to help identify, understand and insure against the risks they face. Cliff?s clients range in stage from startup to well-established; in size from solopreneur to hundreds of employees; and in industry from technology to real estate and everything in between. Cliff is also the chairman of the Rockville Chamber of Commerce, having served on the board for the last 7 years. In his spare time, Cliff enjoys playing golf, watching local sports, and spending time with his wife (Abby), and two-year old son (Ben).

A native of Colombia with over 18 years of experience in business administration and seven years as an independent international consultant for various companies in Latin America, she is fluent in English and Spanish. She holds a BA in Business Administration and MBA with a concentration on Management, from the Metropolitan University of Puerto Rico. Her priority is to focus on her client’s needs and provide innovative ideas that will help them become successful entrepreneurs. She has a special interest in small business because it allows entrepreneurs to pursue their passions and conquer professional challenges that will lead to success.
