May is Mental Health Awareness Month, making this the perfect time to prioritize stress relief, self-care, and overall well-being. This special networking event will bring together our community to highlight the importance of accessible, high-quality care while promoting mental and physical well-being.
What to Expect:
- Herbal Tea & Infused Water Station – Enjoy calming herbal teas or fruit-infused water for relaxation and hydration.
- Tabletop Mindfulness Cards – Each table features simple breathing exercises or gratitude prompts to encourage mindfulness.
- Interactive Healthy Menu Picks – Specially marked menu items or a wellness-inspired dish option for guests.
