Through Yin Yoga sequences and postures you will exercise the ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks and create stronger joints, greater energetic flow (chi), and greater range of motion. Find lightness and bounce in your steps. Great balancing practice for flow and hatha yoga. Fun long holds will amaze you and enable you to daydream about your warm-weather adventures!
In this curated Yin Yoga Practice you will learn to:
- Lengthen connective tissue and your deep fascial networks
- Increase flexibility via fascia and spacious joints, greater blood flow
- Reduce stress
