I'm Randy Nittoli – a financial advisor, a father and a community member based right here in Olney, Maryland. My mission is simple: to help individuals and families create clarity, control and confidence in their financial lives so they can focus on what matters most. Whether that's saving for retirement or simply finding more time to enjoy life, I'm here to help you plan, prepare and protect your wealth.

Before transitioning into financial advising, I spent nearly two decades serving our Country in the field of emergency management and paramedicine. As a former U.S Diplomat and emergency management specialist, I've helped coordinate large-scale operations, manage risk and navigate complexity in high-pressure environments. These experiences taught me the importance of preparation, long-term planning and having a trusted guide when it matters most – all skills I now bring to every client relationship.

I have always believed in the power of planning for "what-ifs." That mindset translates seamlessly into financial advising. Just like in my previous work, my goal is to help you build a resilient strategy – one that grows with you and protects what you value most.
