About Us
Main Street is a first-of-its-kind, community-oriented, inclusive, affordable and accessible housing solution. In our case, affordability means that 75% of our 70 apartments serve households earning 30%, 50% and 60% of the Area Medium Income, and 25% of these 75% are designated for people with disabilities.?
We redefine inclusion in a vibrant 10,000 sq. ft. community space open to those of all abilities, including residents and non-residents who join as members. Main Street offers 20+ weekly virtual and in-person programs delivered by a diverse array of community partners and centered around culture, movement, wellness, art, food and social opportunities. Programs are for EVERYONE to come as they are and choose how they participate, learn and connect.

Main Street’s mission is to meet the urgent need for disability housing and programming with affordable, community-centered spaces and opportunities that promote inclusion, independence and quality of life.
