Empowering Women to Elevate Their Businesses and Amplify Success

ROCKVILLE, MD — July 8, 2025 — The Greater Rockville Chamber of Commerce (GRCC) is proud to host its inaugural Women’s Leadership Conference, a transformative half-day event designed to empower female entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and professionals. This engaging conference will feature expert-led panels, actionable strategies, and invaluable networking opportunities. Attendees will gain insights into building strong business foundations, scaling operations, and thriving in today’s competitive marketplace.

Taking place on Wednesday, September 10, from 7:30 a.m. to noon at the Lakewood Country Club, the event will begin with breakfast, networking, and opening remarks from Rockville’s Mayor, Monique Ashton. The conference will include three dynamic panel discussions featuring local women business leaders who will share their journeys, strategies, and lessons learned in building successful enterprises.

“This event is designed to connect, inspire, and empower women to unlock their business potential,” said Marji Graf, CEO of the Greater Rockville Chamber of Commerce. “As a former entrepreneur, I know how impactful it is to have a space like this to learn, grow, and support one another.”

The event is open to all businesswomen interested in elevating their businesses. Tickets are $75, and registration is now open. Sponsorship and advertising opportunities are available until August 22, 2025.
